How does virtual check-in work?
In order to reduce physical contact between guests and employees, we have implemented an online check-in service.
Once your reservation is formalized, we will send you the online registration form and the link to our app where your digital key and that of your companions will appear on the day of arrival.
How do you access the rooms?
Our rooms are not accessed with a physical key, but with a digital key. Place your phone in front of the lock and turn the knob when you hear the unlocking sound.
If you wish, we will also enable you an access code that is entered on the doorknob, in case your phone is out of service.
48 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel we will send you a document with information of interest where you will find detailed instructions.

What is the entry time?
The official entry time is from 4pm.
However, early check-in and luggage storage services are subject to availability.
So if you want to access your room before that time, we recommend that you let us know in the registration form that we send you when completing your reservation. We will do our best to satisfy your request.
Changes due to curfew?
We inform you that in order to comply with the current curfew, the hotel's main door will remain closed (you can leave, but not enter) between 11:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. If you wish to access the hotel in that time interval, please notify us in advance or contact the emergency number to have the door opened for you.
Until what time can I have the room?
On the day of your departure, you can have your room until 12:00. However, if you want to make the most of your last hours in Alicante, late check out and luggage storage services are subject to availability, so we recommend that you inform us of your desired departure time in the registration form. We will do our best to satisfy your request.
How do I get the invoice for my stay?
If you want an invoice for your stay, do not forget to specify it and detail the company data in the registration form. We will send you the invoice via email.
How can I pay for the drinks in the minibar?
You can pay them by leaving the cash on the room's desk or with the same card with which you made the reservation. In case of not finding cash in the room on the day of departure, the card will be charged.
