- Rooms are disinfected with ozone treatment (kills and ventilated for 30 minutes between stays
- All touch points (faucets, door handles, light switches, thermostats, hangers...) are cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing COVID-19, in accordance with health authorities guidelines.
- Bed linen and towels are washed at temperatures above 60º

- For the safety of guests and employees, cleaning service is not recommended during the stay and only available by request.

- Unnecessary items have been removed from the rooms, such as decorative pillows and bedding covers.
- If possible, rooms will not be entered for 24 to 72 hours after departure, so your security deposit will only be returned after this time when the condition of the room can be reviewed.
